We are seeking an experienced and skilled Catering Server to join our team. You will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for clients at events of all sizes. Catered events are dynamic and take place in various settings and venues. We aim to make each event special by providing professional and personalized service to our clients.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys going above and beyond for customers. Ideally, you are a people person with an eye for detail. You should be eager to join a hard-working and efficient team that values great food and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the menu and style of service for each event.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Report event details or feedback to management after each event.
- Serve meals in various settings, including buffet, plated, or drop-off style events.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Napa Flats Catering and take pride in your work.

Qualifications:
- Previous server experience, with catering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of menu items and the ability to describe them to guests.
- General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
- Effective listening and customer response skills.
- Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Efficient multitasking abilities.
